Here is my weight loss story:)
I lost those last "15 lbs" in 2008 and have kept them off ever since! I went back to work in 2003 and gained 25 lbs. I hired a trainer and after 3 years I had only lost 10 lbs. I was working out 5 & 6 days a week- training for a marathon. What I quickly learned on the program was that my portions were to big and I was going too long in between meals. I followed the program, I lost the weight and started feeling great.
I can honestly say I love my job and it really dose not feel like a job. The other day I was with a health coach on my team and we were trying to set a date for a meeting and I told her" whatever day works for you because I don't work!" I just start laughing after I said that.
